Random question: Is there a site that connects art directors and writers? Or a place where people can post their portfolios/look at other people’s work?

Or somewhere all creatives can go to post ideas/join projects? Like a section of craigslist where creatives who want to work together with someone on a project can meet. Doesn’t have to just be ad projects ­ just something cool that requires more than one person to complete it. So people can post ideas here and see if they get responses, or go here to find something to work on when they’re feeling inspired, but idea-less. It could be organized by city or something. I remember looking for something like this about a year or so ago and having no luck – closest thing I’ve found is this: http://www.booooooom.com/sorted/projects/. But I mean projects that bring people together, not just entering stuff from afar.
