Agency Rec Sports:

If your idea of competitive sports means chugging multiple beers out of enormous novelty mugs and stumbling all over a crack-pipe littered beach volleyball court behind some random ass shady biker bar, then you’re a team player in my book. If you’re a real go getting, eye of the tiger, overly competitive, has-been high school varsity star sports freak, well, have fun ruining it for everyone else champ.

Creative Interview Attire:

Show up to a creative interview sporting a business suit and, mark my words, you will be made fun of by a lot of people you will never meet because your chances of getting hired were shot to hell the second you stepped foot in the building. But thanks for the laugh!

Brain Storms:

It’s okay to take on the roll of group comedian by spending the entire time turning every single droplet of brain rain into a “that’s what she said” joke. In fact, it’s good for creative morale. However, if someday you decide to give a shit and actually contribute an idea or two from time to time, you could eventually go on to have a pretty decent career.
