It’s been a month since the oil leak started on the Gulf and they didn’t figure out a way to stop that thing yet. Even seeing all the disaster online and on TV, it might not give you the exact idea of how bad that shit is.
Thinking about that this programmer created the www.ifitwasmyhome.com that (using Google Maps)
allows you to project the disaster on whatever part of the planet you are.
You can see in the picture how would it be if it was in Chicago…Shit is crazy…As Aziz Amsari said …

Go to WolframAlpha and ask it something. Anything.
It works like a search engine, but instead of giving you links to a number of sites, it gives you answers. For example, I asked “Are there more boys named Kendall than girls named Kendal?” and it told me that in the US there are 29,224 boys named Kendall and only 4,542 girls named Kendal.
Make sure to search “meme” on the website.
I imagine Google or Bing will offer to buy this website by year’s end.

I’m not sure if I find this article interesting because I’m now working on 2 phone accounts, but somehow I found it a good read about the reasons why the Android just surpassed the iPhone. I also had no idea about this, so if you are also out of it you should go ahead and click on the link. (Click on the pick to go to the site)

We all have at least a couple brands that we have some sort of an affinity for. Maybe even one or two that we love. And perhaps even one that we are obsessed with. Off the top of my head, for me, it’s Apple, Frosted Flakes, Right Guard, Puma, Arby’s and Pizza Hut.
Here’s a list of the top brands with the best loyalty.

To show everybody how fast Google’s browser is, they came out with a film comparing the speed of real things to how fast their app loads. I’ve been using Chrome on my personal computer but the agency’s computer doesn’t have it, so I gotta say that you can feel the difference….It really does make a difference.
The really fun video can be watched below:

I promised myself I wouldn’t do this, talk about The Bowl, but damn it I gotta.
Of course everyone is going to talk about the Super Bowl and the ads they saw. “Dude what did you think?” “What was your favorite?” Then most people look at lists of ratings, most viewed and then watch them all over again blah blah blah. Well guess what. I haven’t re-watched them. I haven’t read or really said a damn thing about the Super Bowl ads. Nope zilch. Maybe a random headline but nothing has …

I like Google. I use it everyday. I see Google employees loading onto their Google buses in the morning and head down to their awesome office in Mountain View and I think “They seem like smart people.” But the Google Chrome spot is a little too much for me. I mean, I get it. You’re all really smart. You all think up shit that I would never think up. Like knitting a fake website. That would never in a million years occur to me but I don’t think that’s …

Earlier today, I honestly believe I had lost faith in all human kind. Then I rediscovered this guy I went to high school with way back when. He is now in Yemen directing a program to help people physically disabled due to mines, nutrition or congenital deformities. And it all came back. (Thank you Facebook.)
He keeps a blog where he documents his life in this isolated country and how eye-opening the experience has been. I was really impressed that a young guy, who I’d say, has lived a pretty sheltered …
