Seen on the Streets

14 October 2010 No Comment

Walking down the streets of Manhattan you can’t avoid ads and buildings in construction. But what happens when we combine them? Something interesting could perhaps take shape. Like this construction barricade on 57th Street and Madison is pretty cool and definitely grabs your attention.

The Christian Dior store is under renovation and they hired Shawmut Design and Construction to create the interesting barricade.  This is the sort of thing that can put a smile on your face when you’re walking down the street in a hurry and pissed off at tourists. Nice.
